Order Processing All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Time We ship worldwide from our fulfillment partners. Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days after your order has been processed.

Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on all orders over $75
- A flat shipping fee applies to orders under $75
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking information to update.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within 30 days of the shipping date, please contact us and we will investigate the issue.
