We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In its original packaging with all tags attached

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened:

• Anti-snoring mouthpieces and any other personal hygiene products

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
