Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items

• Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

Shipping costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
